Walterscheid, founded in 1919 and based in Lohmar, is a real insider in the field of agricultural technology. Thanks to decades of manufacturing experience, Walterscheid technology can now be found in the agricultural machinery of all well-known manufacturers. With over 2,000 employees, nine production sites in Germany, Italy, the USA, China, Brazil and Japan and seven strong brands in its portfolio, the Walterscheid Powertrain Group operates successfully on the global market.
The company develops tractor attachment systems and complete drive systems from proven components such as drive shafts, trailer technology and couplings, in which, for example, the shaft train, overload protection and transmission form an integrated overall concept.

This consistent application orientation ensures maximum cost-effectiveness and functionality, as there are no interface losses and no adaptations are required. The cooperation, which began around 10 years ago, has been significantly intensified since 2018 and now includes products such as end caps, O-rings, X-rings, shaft seals, bearing seals and gamma seals. The ttv products are installed in Walterscheid transmission units, where they perform a small but extremely important task for the perfect function and quality of drive systems for agricultural, construction and special machinery.

One of ttv's distinctive strengths is its engineering solutions, which are used to develop and produce product solutions optimised for specific applications and customers. The best example of this is an end cap with a special bore hole as a special solution for Walterscheid.
But concrete new solutions are also already in the test phase. Shaft sealing rings and end caps with aluminium and sealing lacquer on the outer diameter are to be ordered soon.
