Sealing, plain bearing and bearing technology - Turnover: £0.5 to £10 million, OEM or MRO business
- Solid economic basis or potential for stabilisation
Flexible acquisition models & integration
- Share deals or asset deals, individually tailored
- Earn-out models for gradual integration
- Example: Integration of GTS GmbH & Co. KG – seamless integration into the TTV structure
- Existing decision-makers remain on board for at least 12 months
- Succession from within the company's own team, securing jobs and growth
