A seal is more than just a wearing part.
It is like an oracle: if you can “read” it correctly, you can see what is really happening in the system.
Abrasion can be normal—but metal particles, air bubbles, or swollen materials are not.
This is exactly where we at ttv come in.
We ask specific questions, analyze the general conditions, and read the traces left behind by the seal. This allows us to not only find the reason for a failure, but also develop suitable, sustainable solutions for the respective application.
Because in hydraulics, it is often not the large component that is decisive, but the correctly understood detail.
