ttv and VALVOtec working together to increase efficiency in the vending industry!
VALVOtec was looking for a piston seal for the brewing units of industrial coffee machines that would meet the increasing requirements for hygiene, temperature and pressure resistance. The previous solution was too susceptible to wear – ttv provided the answer.
Together, we developed a customised piston seal featuring a PTFE sealing ring, stainless steel spring and FDA-compliant silicone filling.

Doubled service life to up to 40,000 brewing cycles
