Marion Vogel,
Purchaser at Baß Antriebstechnik
The same demand for the highest quality and flexibility, as well as ttv's extensive experience in all industries, brought the two companies together in September 2010 - a partnership that is still characterised by great trust today. Seals have been one of ttv's two core areas of expertise for over 30 years and have been a successful growth driver. ttv sealing technology is used by Baß in all sectors - including in the agricultural technology sector, which is so important for ttv, with Baß customers such as CLAAS, Pöttinger and AGCO.
The seals from ttv are predestined to withstand extreme influences such as high speeds, aggressive media, mud, dust or temperature ranges from -55°C to +180°C in a wide variety of industries. This is especially true in the field of agricultural engineering, where the material load has also increased significantly due to ever-increasing land cultivation and multiple harvests per year.
Baß Antriebstechnik focusses on continuity
Over the years, the scope of supply has been successively expanded and now includes shaft seals, sealing caps, O-rings, rod and piston seals as well as bearing seals, sealing discs and cassette seals. The Baß Antriebstechnik Group is very happy with the co-operation and places great emphasis on continuity and trust in the solutions supplied by ttv. Both companies have agreed to expand the product portfolio wherever possible in the future.
