The Baß Antriebstechnik group of companies, headquartered in Gebsattel near Rothenburg o.d.T., is today one of the leading manufacturers of gearboxes and drive components for mechanical engineering. With over 185 employees, the company mainly develops and designs customised solutions in-house and produces them at three locations.

The solutions include more than 1,100 special gearboxes, gearboxes with couplings, worm gearboxes, freewheels and backstops, pulleys, frictional connections and clamping sets, gear wheels and gear racks.
