In the following decades, Pressol has continuously expanded its lubrication and workshop technology product range and is now present worldwide on all five continents.
The program includes more than 5,000 end products that find their use in agriculture, industry, automotive, construction, oil companies and hardware manufacturers. Wherever media such as fresh oil, waste oil, grease, diesel and ad blue are stored, conveyed or measured, Pressol is a sought-after partner. In particular, funnels, oilers, grease guns, pumps and measuring cups are widely used in workshops around the world.
More than 90 % of all products are manufactured in-house, from development, die casting and plastic production, further processing, assembly, painting, final assembly and logistics to service.
The most important project development in the cooperation between the two companies was most recently the conversion of supply to Kanban. This method of inventory management and production control is based on the pull principle and represents a closed control loop. Each week, Pressol defines the call-off quantities required for production, which are then delivered by ttv on schedule in the specified packaging units.
This has significantly shortened and simplified the entire process from inquiry to quotation, order placement and delivery.and simplified.

For Pressol, quality is one of the central value pillars in the company. ttv was able to convince Pressol from the beginning of the cooperation in 2006 through high flexibility, profound expertise and uncompromising quality in product and process solutions.
The ttv sales team with its sales manager Danijel Lipovac has also been able to continuously expand the scope of supply in recent years.
Today, the products supplied by ttv include shaft seals, grooved rings, O-rings, vibration dampers, flat seals, complete pistons and housing seals. Thanks to the close contact with Pressol, all requirements can be implemented efficiently, directly and quickly.
