There are numerous fitness offers and in future there will be freshly prepared delicacies for a healthy diet every day. Super-fast internet, a paperless office and state-of-the-art workstations with height-adjustable desks support the young people in their daily work.
They are directly supervised by the team leaders of each department and thus receive their knowledge first-hand. In addition, team events, for example on the topic of sustainability, ensure an important transfer of values and high motivation among the trainees.

In this apprenticeship, the trainees pass through all our departments, from purchasing to accounting to sales. After their three-year training, all paths are open for them to take on responsibility in a modern company.
