Sampling

For us, the sampling process for seals and sliding bearings is the key to long-lasting, successful customer relationships. This is why we organise this process with the utmost professionalism. We provide samples that comply with VDA standards, 8D reports as well as documentation regarding the cpk and ppk values, and coordinate these samples with our customers right through to full series readiness.

Because we love what we do, we don’t allow any compromises here either. From the seamless checking of the raw materials through to the 100% component checks, we aim to achieve absolute security for our customers. After all, seals and sliding bearings are often just a C-part but are nevertheless crucial for the functioning of technical products.

Processes and procedures such as statistical process control (SPC), the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), the Production Approval Procedure (PAPP), the assurance of ppm values, the measuring equipment capability or the entry in the IMDS database are a matter of course for us.

Testing and measuring equipment at the cutting edge of technology are a key condition for our commitment to quality: To test our seals, for example, we therefore have a fully equipped laboratory with annealing furnaces as well as DVR and IRHD measuring equipment. In addition to these technical testing options, our employees themselves are also responsible for ensuring the outstanding quality of our products.

This includes storing products made from natural and synthetic rubber in compliance with DIN 7716.
