Over the last two decades, we have increased our turnover tenfold and now stand at € 10 million. Our team of 28 employees covers the areas of sales & engineering, purchasing, back office and warehouse & logistics. The strategic move in 2021 has positioned us structurally and in terms of personnel for further organic and inorganic growth.

We are looking for technical dealers and local producers in the DACH region specializing in:

Drive technology
Hydraulics & pneumatics
Sealing, plain bearing and bearing technology

Annual sales between € 0.5 million and € 10 million OEM or MRO business
Solid economic basis or potential for stabilization

We prefer share deals or asset deals and review each offer individually. Minority shareholdings are currently not envisaged.

GTS specifically strengthens our service portfolio in the development, design and industrial application of plain bearing systems.

- Acquisition of CD Seals, the successor to Künzel & Schenk, to strategically expand our sealing technology – especially for regulated, technically demanding applications, including in medical technology.

Both transactions follow the same principle: targeted technology enhancement, clear portfolio logic and consistent integration – always with the aim of sustainably strengthening TTV's technical depth, engineering expertise and market relevance.
