The ttv-800 bimetal sliding bushings are produced on a steel base, with sintered CuPb10Sn10 or CuSn6Zn6Pb3 as the surface sliding layer.
This type of sliding bushing has the best characteristics of all bimetal sliding bushings. They can be used with balancing suspension devices for heavy commercial vehicles, bulldozer wheels and car chassis, among other equipment. They are ideally suited to medium speed ranges and applications with high shock and impact forces.

The ttv-20 is a sliding bushing with a tin and aluminium base, a steel strip and a AISn20Cu surface sliding layer.
These bushings are characterised by their long services lives, low levels of material fatigue, high levels of resilience and low susceptibility to corrosion. The ttv-TF-1 sliding bushings made from a black-lead alloy are advanced versions of the ttv-800 sliding bushings.
They have improved frictional properties. The shaft protection can come into force without any oil, as black-lead disintegrates when used without oil at high temperatures. These sliding bushings are used in the guides for lifting devices and lifts, for example.
